Female Pilots Part of Sherdil Aerobatics Display Team in China

Pakistan Air Force has sent two female pilots as part of Sherdil aerobatics display team to China. This of Sherdil aerobatics display team belongs to the Pakistan Air Force Academy.

This team is currently in China with their K-8 "Karakorum" Fighter Jet Trainers which were jointly developed by the Pakistan and China.Sherdil aerobatics display team is taking part in the Zhuhai Air Show 2010.

Female fighter pilots were inducted in the Pakistan Air Force in 2006. First three Female fighter pilots went under three and a half years of regular training. The pilots trained on K-8 "Karakorum" Fighter Jet Trainers and later shifted on to the F-7P/PG Fighter Jets.
