PM Gilani Visits JF-17 Thunder Production Facility at Kamra

Today Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani visited to the production facility of JF-17 Thunder fighter jet at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex. He praised the speed at which JF-17 Thunder aircraft is moving ahead.

He also thanked the Chinese friends for their efforts to transfer the technology and technical know how to make this project a reality.

PM Gilani said that his government is fully supports the JF-17 Thunder fighter jet program. He said that JF-17 fighter aircraft is proving itself as a flagship of friendship between the Pakistan and China.

Prime visited the different parts of the JF-17 Thunder production facility and expressed appreciation to the workers for their accomplishments in the project.


PAF’s Air chief, Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Salman told the media that with support of the Pakistani government , 22 JF-17 Thunder Fighter Jets has already been inducted into the 26th squadron 'Black Spiders' of the Pakistan Air Force. He added that another 8 JF-17 Thunder Fighter Jets are in different stages of testing.

Pakistan Aeronautical Complex is producing 3 JF-17 Thunder each month and this capacity can be increased in future to meet the export demands.

Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Salman said that first Pakistani produced JF-17 Thunder was rolled out on Nov 23, 2009 and now JF-17 Thunder has already taken part in the Farnborough International Airshow 2010 and Airshow China 2010 (Zhuhai).

He added that JF-17 Thunder has also taken part in the in the Pakistan Army’s biggest Field Exercise Azm-e-Nau-3 and PAF’s own exercise High Mark 2010.

Pakistan Aeronautical Complex is producing three major computer systems for the JF-17 Thunder fighter aircrafts including Weapon Mission Management Computer.

  3. My friend how many other sites allowed you to copy paste, it doesn't concerns me, what concerns me is that you copied the whole article and images.i wouldn't have to teach you if you had asked for permission, its that simple.

    www.Pakarmydefence.blogspot.com also copied it so i had to file a dmca complain and got it removed and like always i try to give fair warning before doing so.

    Anyways Thank You for removing the article

    I never said or use any offensive language. I asked for what is by law mine basic right.

    How many sites allow you to copy or to how many sites you allow to copy is not my concern.

    I asked you this
