Pakistan Air Force Ready to Meet Challenge: Air Chief Marshal Rao Suleman

Chief of the air staff, Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman has said that Pakistan Air Force (PAF) is fully aware of the current state of affairs in the region and is ready to meet all challenges facing the Pakistan.

He said this at the Graduation Ceremony of GD (P), Engineering, Air Defence and Administration & Special Duties Courses, and the Commissioning Ceremony of GD (P) and Engineering courses.

Chief of the air staff, Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman reviewed the parade and gave the Quaid-e-Azam Banner to No 4 Squadron, the new Champion Squadron.


He said that “By the grace of Allah, Pakistan Air Force has inducted state-of-the-art weapon systems and its modernization drive is on track. We do not wish to accumulate weapons per se.

Our endeavour is to develop capabilities that are required to deter and defeat all internal and external threats and face all challenges that the nation confronts today and in the foreseeable future.

Please keep in mind that weapons are necessary tools to wage war, but it is the unwavering courage, strong motivation and the highest standards of training of the human resource that achieves success or results in failure in any conflict.”
