Pakistani Security Forces has Broken the Backbone of Terrorists:General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani

Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani has said that Pakistani Security Forces has broken the back of terrorist groups which were linked to al Qaeda and Talibans. United States which has been struggling to end the insurgency in the Afghanistan after ten years has criticized the Pakistani security forces that they aren't doing enough to fight terrorists and its intelligence agency ISI have active relations with the Afghan Taliban militants.

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) said that Pakistani security forces are fully aware of the internal and external threats faced by the Pakistan and they have made large number of and have been able to accomplish remarkable victories despite limited resources.

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) said made these remarks during a speech to army cadets at Kakul military academy. Over 2821 Shaheeds of the Pakistani security forces has given the ultimate sacrifice for the Pakistan and another 8765 has been wounded in fight against the militants. Chief of Army Staff (COAS) said that "The terrorists' backbone has been broken and Inshallah (God willing) we will soon prevail."
