Renowned Terrorist Hamlili Involved in Church Bombings in Pakistan Worked for British MI6

Adil Hadi al Jazairi Bin Hamlili, an al-Qaida operative who conducted the bombs attacks in two Christian churches and a luxury hotel in Pakistan in 2002 was working for British intelligence. He was captured in 2003 and transferred to the Bagram detention centre in Afghanistan before shifting him to the Guantánamo Bay.

This shocking news has come from the secret documents obtained by the Guardian on the prisoner in the United States’ Guantánamo Bay prison.

These documents have confirmed that he at the time of attacks was in fact working simultaneously for the British and Canadian intelligence. Both The Guardian and the New York Times have published many news based on these documents.

Guantánamo bay has been the most controversial facility as interrogators have several times overruled the suggestion of the Criminal Investigative Task Force (CITF) on how methods of interrogation the prisoners and in many cases even their release.
