Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleiman has said that joint development JF-17 Thunder fighter jet is a great achievement for the Pakistan Air Force. He said that JF-17 will help PAF replace the ageing fleet of fighter jets at affordable price.
Air Chief Marshal was speaking at the 11th International Fighter Conference in United Kingdom. He said that JF-17 Thunder fighter jet has exceeded the planned performance parameters. Air Chief said that JF-17 project has also created job opportunities in the country as jet is being produced locally.
The Pakistan is promoting this fighter jet to the international customers as an affordable fourth generation fighter jet to replace the vintage aircrafts.
