Army Chief General Kayani Leaves For China To Discuss Defence Ties

Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani is in China on a five day visit to discuss the bilateral defence ties and regional situation with the Chinese leadership.

His visit comes at a crucial time when defense ties between Pakistan and United States hit the all time low after Pakistan rejected the US findings about the NATO attack on Pakistani soldiers.

During his visit he will also discuss the cooperation between the  People’s Liberation Army (PLA) and Pakistani Northern Light Infantry (NLI) on joint border patrolling to stop any kind illegal immigrants from crossing the Gilgit-Baltistan-Xinjiang border.

  1. The Russians,American failed in Afghanistan & in Pakistan,now the Chinese military to make in roads into these islamist radical countries where they will be slaughtered like goats as chinese armies has never fought urban or mountain warfares..
