On October 14 2009, US maked public the first batch of the advance 18 F-16 C/D Block-52+ fighter aircrafts which are being produced for Pakistan air force. Delivery of these advance 18 F-16 C/D Block-52+ fighter aircrafts will be completed by December 2010. The 18 F-16 C/D Block-52+ aircrafts ordered by the Pakistan air force includes 12 F-16Cs (single seat) and six F-16Ds (dual seat)- with and option on another 18 F-16 C/D Block-52+ fighter.
