GOP has also approved  $ 294 million fund request for upgrade/induct ATR-72 surveillance and transport aircrafts by Pakistan Navy. ATR-72 surveillance and transport aircraft will be used for effective surveillance of extended exclusive economic zone and search-and-rescue (SAR) operations.</div> </div>
