Two hundred and eight five Pakistani troops stationed in the Democratic Republic of Congo have returned to the mother land after completing their mission. These troops were stationed in Congo to support relief mission of the United Nations. Pakistani peace keeps served the UN mission in Congo for four years. Cong is small African country with a population of six million people. In total Pakistan Army has contributed 3,597 troops and Military Observers to the United Nations Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUC).
