Talks between Indian Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao and her Pakistani counterpart Salman Bashir has ended in Islamabad. Foreign Ministers of Pakistan and India are schedule to meet in New Delhi next month.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br> </div><div style="text-align: justify;">One of the proposals presented during these talks was inclusion of testing of the cruise missile in the mechanism for pre-flight notification of ballistic missile tests.
