It is reported that number of people killed in the drone strike were civilians. This drone attack comes as anger rises against US because of the high number of deaths of innocent people in these drone attacks.
This drone attack came just a day after Chief of Army Staff is General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani criticized drone strikes as counter-productive, he said that these attacks help in the growth of militancy and undermine the public support of anti terror operations in Pakistan.
