India is illegally Keeping 71 Pakistanis In its Jails

In a briefing to the National Assembly State Minister for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar has told that parliamentarians that atleast 71 Pakistanis are being held by the India in its jails despite the fact that they have completed their sentences.
