India which was recently granted the status of Most Favoured Nation (MFN) is launching a large scale military exercise along with its border with Pakistan. This military exercise will include thousands of Indian troops, main battle tank (MBT),\, mechanized infantry combat vehicle (MICV), and fighter aircraft.
Over 50,000 Indian soldiers, hundreds of troops along with latest Russian T-90 main battle tanks, Indian Arjun main battle tanks and BMP-1 & BMP-2 infantry combat vehicles will take part in the Sudarshan Shakti military exercise.
Indian army and Indian air force will test their Integrated Theatre Concept which emerged as part of the Indian Cold Start Doctrine which calls for speedy attack enemy forces by using independent battle groups (IBGs) supported by the Indian air force.
