Claims by the Indian army chief of an Abbotabad-like operation by Indian Special Forces in Pakistan fail to consider the Pakistani response against such violation of air space. India is nowhere near as capable as USA and Pakistani forces are perfectly capable of not only handling the situation in Pakistan in face of Indian attack but are capable enough to respond with different offensive actions against the India.

India couldn't even get those Israeli drones they operate across the border, even though they have a small radar cross-section.
ReplyDeleteMany things in the US heli landing are unclear. For example, one helicopter was brought down, and locals heard heavy gunfire indicating the use of AA/anti-air artillery. The Americans likely contacted local authorities and informed them about the operation, because even after the heli crash they were around for 40 mins and weren't shot at, and left after that.
I doubt that the Indians would be allowed that.
