Helicopter which was crashed into the Indus River was Bell 206L LongRanger serial number # 2025. At the time of crash Helicopter was carrying Director General (DG), Maj-Gen Nawaz, his son Capt Asif Nawaz, pilot Lt-Col Amir Abbas and technician Subedar Ibadullah.
Location of the crash: Indus river, near Mahi Otho, 3 km east of Sehwan Sharif
